Order Processing: All orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery Estimates:

We collaborate with trusted courier services such as Trax, Leopard Courier, and Call Courier to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
📦 Order Tracking
After dispatch, a tracking number will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on the courier’s official tracking platform.
❗ Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If the parcel cannot be delivered after two tries, it will be returned to Royaale Steps. Re-shipping will require payment of the shipping charges in advance.
🛑 Order Refusal
If an order is refused without a valid reason, customers may be restricted from placing future orders, in line with our fraud prevention guidelines.
